We're a small bakery and flour mill in Saratoga Springs, New York specializing in sourdough bread and pastry. We opened in April 2024 and have been baking furiously ever since!
Named after Owner-Baker Wilson Keenan's mom, the bakery is centered around an appreciation for history and tradition, art and creativity, and most of all the comfort of home.
We bake for wholesale most days of the week and have recently opened a small weekend pastry counter in the front of the bakery. We love being able to offer our sourdough breads and seasonal and classic pastries to the community directly at our pastry counter, the Saturday farmer's market at High Rock Park, and via our local wholesale partners.
